За 26 лет своей карьеры основатель компании работал на разных должностях: техническим менеджером, коммерческим директором, директором завода, генеральным директором и консультантом. Компания была создана Октаем Чагатаем как коммерческая компания, за период своей работы он подготовил проектные чертежи по созданию и вводу в эксплуатацию 8 заводов в Турции.

За тринадцать лет работы компания создала необходимый капитал и инфраструктуру и начала свою деятельность по организации серьезного и полностью оборудованного производственного объекта.

В 1998 году впервые в Турции компанией была применена технология экструдирования, которая на тот момент была сравнительно недавно введена в Европе, открыв новые возможности. Она сыграла важную роль в становлении и развитии сектора аквакультуры, который в то время только начинал зарождаться, а сегодня является основой сектора.

В начале 2000 года компания приняла решение о производстве кормов для кошек и собак, которые были дефицитом в Турции. Были проведены необходимые исследования и изучение данного вопроса и заключен договор с компанией, которая входит в тройку лидеров по производству кормов для кошек и собак в Европе. Спустя почти двух лет интенсивной и кропотливой работы в 2001 году было начато производство кормов для кошек и собак.

Также в эти годы активную роль сыграло второе поколение, прошедшее обучение, чтобы занять свое место в определенных точках компании.

За короткое время, благодаря ее опытному персоналу, передовым технологиям, скурпулезным исследованиям и экспериментальным разработкам, компания получила звание компании которая производит «качественные продукты питания» в этой отрасли. Сегодня компания продолжает «учиться», чтобы не только сохранить достигнутый уровень, но и повысить его.

Фабрика «Çağatay Evcil Hayvan Mamaları ve Yem Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş.» расположена в Измире, занимет площадь 16 000 м2 и оборудована современной технологической линией производительностью 45 000 тонн в год.
