Les échantillons prélevés par les vétérinaires officiels avant leur départ passent par des analyses microbiologiques telles que Salmonelles et Entérobactéries et leur aptitude est approuvée avec un certificat sanitaire vétérinaire.

Ils sont envoyés à l’entrepôt après réception de l’approbation d’aptitude. De plus, des analyses microbiologiques et toxicologiques sur les produits sont entretenues périodiquement.

Immédiatement après la production, l’humidité, les protéines brutes, le pétrole brut, les cendres brutes, les fibres, la densité, la forme, la couleur, l’odeur, le peroxyde, les acides gras libres, le calcium, le phosphore et le sodium sont analysés. Les produits approuvés sont envoyés à l’emballage.
