A.S. a été créé en 1982 en tant que société commerciale par Oktay ÇAĞATAY, qui avait travaillé en tant que directeur technique, directeur des opérations, directeur d’usine, directeur général et consultant dans le secteur privé au cours de ses 26 ans d’activité et avait également fourni le dessin de projet , établissement et démarrage de 8 usines en Turquie au cours de cette période.

Après treize ans, la société a commencé ses initiatives pour une usine de fabrication sérieuse et entièrement équipée, créant ainsi le capital et la sous-structure nécessaires.

En 1998, la réalisation d’une première technologie et l’introduction de la technologie d’extrusion récemment introduite même en Europe ont joué un rôle majeur dans le développement et l’exportation de l’industrie aquacole de la Turquie, qui était en forte croissance ces jours-là et dès lors elle est devenue le leader du secteur.

Au début de 1999, la société a décidé de lancer la production d’aliments pour animaux de compagnie, ce qui constituait une grave lacune en Turquie. À cet égard, la formation et les préparatifs nécessaires ont été complétés par des recherches et une coopération avec une entreprise parmi les trois plus grands producteurs d’aliments pour animaux de compagnie en Europe. Après environ deux ans de travail intensif et détaillé, la société a lancé la production de nourriture pour chiens et chats en 2001.

C’est au cours de ces années que la génération secondaire a été activement impliquée et a achevé sa formation pour prendre sa place dans certains départements de la société.

En peu de temps, la société a pris le titre de producteur d’aliments pour animaux domestiques de qualité dans le secteur grâce à son personnel spécialisé, à sa technologie de pointe, à ses études de recherche et développement détaillées et dévouées. Et aujourd’hui, la société continue à «apprendre» afin de maintenir la position qu’elle a atteinte et de la relever davantage.
